Book Review: The Art of Being Alone by Renuka Gavrani
Book Review: The Art of Being Alone by Renuka Gavrani
Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5)
Gavrani, in The Art of Being Alone, provides beautifully crafted prose and her heartfelt reflections presenting solitude not as emptiness but as an opportunity for rediscovery. She serves a gentle yet powerful reminder of what inner growth and healing is, restoring one’s self.
This book promises to provide solace to those struggling with loneliness or seeking comfort in solitude. One of my favorites in the book: “You are not alone because you are unloved; you are alone because you need to love yourself first.” Lines like these make profound impact given the context of the fast-paced modern world where stillness is often misconstrued as dreadful.
Silence – Gavrani encourages the acceptance of silence as strength, not a weakness. “In the quiet, you will meet the version of yourself you were too busy to notice,” she states, bringing comfort yet a transformative perspective to her readers.
Emotional independence, renewing one’s self, healing from within, personal boundaries, and embracing the beauty of solitude are some of the predominant themes in the book. It is a wonderful companion for those reflective rainy days and serene nights.
This gentle guidebook fosters tender positivity towards solitude, loneliness, stillness, and promotes self-reflection. In short, it is an inspiring ode towards self-love. Anyone struggling to deepen their connection with the self should truly read this work of art.

TANGLED THREADS: a durga puja situationship
In the vibrant city of Kolkata, amidst the festive fervor of Durga Puja in 2021, fate wove an unexpected tale of connection and emotions between two young artists, Naina and Ayan. Their story began when Naina was introduced to Ayan through a mutual friend during the colorful festivities. Little did they know that their encounter would spark a pure bond of friendship that would soon entangle their hearts in the web of love.
As days passed, Naina and Ayan started chatting on WhatsApp, their conversations flowing effortlessly as they discovered their shared passion for art and the stage. Naina, a graceful dancer and skilled illustrator, found herself captivated by Ayan’s magnetic charm as a theater artist. The way he effortlessly brought characters to life on the stage left her mesmerized, and she began to admire his artistry deeply.
However, as their friendship blossomed, Naina couldn’t deny the subtle shift in her feelings towards Ayan. She found herself drawn to him in ways that transcended mere friendship. Her heart was torn as she discovered that Ayan was already committed to someone else. Despite the internal turmoil, Naina decided to cherish their friendship, burying her feelings deep within, hoping that time would heal her heart.
They spent many evenings sharing their dreams and aspirations, bonding over love for the arts, and inspiring each other to create masterpieces that could touch the soul. Their conversations were peppered with laughter, encouragement, and artistic banter. Yet, each time Naina saw Ayan with his partner, a pang of longing echoed in her heart.
The more she suppressed her feelings, the more her love for Ayan grew. She found herself creating illustrations and dancing with a fervor, seeking solace in her art while her heart craved something more profound. The line between friendship and something deeper blurred, and Naina found herself yearning to share her true emotions with Ayan, to tell him how deeply she felt for him.
One day, they decided to collaborate on a project that combined their artistic talents — a performance that fused Naina’s graceful dance with Ayan’s theatrical brilliance. As they rehearsed together, the emotional undercurrents between them were undeniable. Naina felt the intensity of their connection, hoping that Ayan felt it too.
On the day of their performance, as they stood on the stage, bathed in the spotlight, the air crackled with unspoken emotions. Their chemistry was palpable, leaving the audience spellbound. In that moment, Naina knew that what they had was more than just a “situationship.” It was a fleeting yet profound connection, a love that couldn’t be confined to conventional boundaries.
After the performance, as they basked in the applause and appreciation, Naina gathered the courage to confess her feelings to Ayan. With a heart heavy with vulnerability, she shared her love with him, fearing that it might jeopardize their beautiful friendship. Ayan listened with utmost sincerity, his eyes reflecting warmth and fondness for her.
“I cherish our friendship more than words can express,” Ayan said, gently holding her hand. “You are a muse to my art, a source of inspiration that I can’t ignore. But I am committed to someone else, and I can’t betray her trust.”
Naina nodded, her heart a mix of sadness and acceptance. She knew that their bond was something unique and irreplaceable, even if it couldn’t take the shape of a conventional love story. With a smile, she replied, “I’ll always treasure our friendship, Ayan. No matter where life takes us, I’ll carry the memories of these moments in my heart forever.”
And so, their artistic journey continued, side by side, with hearts intertwined in a love that found expression through their art. They created magic on the stage, portraying emotions that resonated with the audience, and their bond became an inseparable part of their artistic souls.
As the years passed, Naina and Ayan remained friends, supporting each other through life’s ups and downs, celebrating their artistic achievements, and finding solace in the language of their art. Their connection remained pure, even if their love story was destined to be written in the stars, a tale of two artists bound by a love that transcended romance, a love that blossomed through their art and illuminated the world around them.
In the words of Rumi, “Let the beauty we love be what we do. There are hundreds of ways to kneel and kiss the ground.” Naina and Ayan found their way to kneel and kiss the ground through their art, in the pursuit of beauty, love, and self-discovery. Their was a love that inspired countless stories, both on and off the stage, and it would forever remain a cherished chapter in the book of their lives.

DANCING GIRL OF INDUS VALLEY CIVILIZATION
The
"Dancing Girl" sculpture
is an iconic artifact from the ancient Indus Valley Civilization, dating back
to approximately 2500 BCE. This bronze sculpture, measuring about 4.5 inches in
height, was discovered in Mohenjo-daro, a prominent archaeological site in
present-day Pakistan.
The
sculpture depicts a young girl in a dynamic pose, with her head held high and
arms hanging freely by her sides. She is portrayed standing with her legs
slightly apart, suggesting a sense of movement and vitality. The figure is
depicted in a naturalistic manner, capturing the essence of her youthful energy
and grace.
What
makes the "Dancing Girl" sculpture remarkable is its attention to
detail and the level of craftsmanship. Despite its small size, the artist
skillfully rendered the anatomical features of the girl, including her
elongated limbs, realistic facial features, and intricate jewelry adorning her
neck and arms. The sculpture showcases a high level of technical proficiency, highlighting
the artistic abilities prevalent during the Indus Valley Civilization.
The
girl's attire is also noteworthy. She is shown wearing a simple, waistband-like
ornament around her hips, and there is no evidence of clothing covering her
upper body. This suggests that the sculpture may represent a dancer or a
performer engaged in a ritual or artistic activity.
The
significance and purpose of the "Dancing Girl" sculpture remain open
to interpretation. Some scholars propose that she may have represented a revered
female deity or symbolized fertility and abundance. Others suggest that she
might have been part of a larger ensemble, perhaps an offering or decorative
element in a religious or ceremonial context.
Regardless
of its exact meaning, the "Dancing Girl" sculpture stands as a
testament to the artistic and cultural sophistication of the Indus Valley
Civilization. It offers a glimpse into the aesthetic sensibilities and creative
expressions of an ancient civilization that thrived in the region over 4,000
years ago. The sculpture continues to captivate and inspire, serving as a
tangible link to the rich heritage and artistic legacy of the Indus Valley
Civilization.

People say time gives answers to everything. It has this ability to heal. Yet, it's no different for everybody at a specific occurrence, and this conduct of time surprises me the most. I usually satisfy the characteristics of time where it recommends things, feelings, recollections, and other portions of myself to flow, yet it additionally doesn't assist me with imagining the stream. I regularly miss something when I should stream with the new ticks of life.
I have been in the present circumstance
different times, and it makes me question my internal identity, like what
forces me to restrict my sentiments? For what reason do I not see the growth, the
continuous significance, and figure out how to act great as it comes. For
instance, somebody extremely near me wound up with a pleasant arrangement of
stress and battle and has now attached to all that they merited, and I was delighted
to see this. However, for what reason did I begin investing energy in my days
of yore? For what reason would I say I was thinking about me?
Without a doubt, this snapshot of sharing the satisfaction could never return, essentially the joy of first bliss. Why would I say I wasn't ready to get comfortable with the situation? Instead, I had the very best cravings on my tongue tip, and I face had a pale face blended in with tokens of good tidings!
Life plays that way as well. It will never
be something very similar, yet it will somewhat make you the equivalent. Things
may change; however, the propensity continues as before. I have seen
individuals who bunk. They continue to lodging, themes change, yet inclinations
don't. Such circumstances cause me to feel powerless, narrow-minded, and
inadequate. I'm not the person who wouldn't appeal to God for my desires, yet I
generally rely on myself. I contrast myself with the equal world in front of me
and get essential. I wish to be flowier with the progression of time, and
really at that time, the time transforms its range of time.

Aksara Bhagavad Gita: Imperishable Bhagavad Gita
A book that will cause you to figure out
the quintessence of Bhagavad Gita, the profundity of discussions among Arjuna
and Krishna and every one of the potential decisions of Bhagavad Gita.
This book is more similar to a self
improvement guide. Through a narrating approach, it assists you with figuring
out the Bhagwad Gita for yourself.
Indeed, I cherished the idea of the book.
The manner in which it began, a foundation dedicated to the review and
examination of Bhagavad Gita.
It doesn't make any difference whether you
follow the Adwait Vedanta school or the Gaudiya Vaishnav Sampradaya, the
comprehension comes naturally to you. This makes this book unique in relation
to different interpretations that are effectively accessible.
I cherished the way this book is
sequenced. The fresh portrayal and intriguing composing style intrigue the
perusers. I cherished the manner in which the creator made sense of the idea of
devotion and points of view.
It's anything but a typical book where the
writer makes sense of the importance of Shlokas, it's a book to track down
reality.
I value the creators for how much
examination they did and put them in words. Not to fail to remember the
delineations toward the finish of the book that makes sense of the embodiment
of Gita in basic words.
The peruser helps a comprehension of
Bhagwad Gita through this story which has its own exciting bends in the road.
The great part is that the writer never forces a solitary perspective upon the
perusers. They get to pick how to comprehend Bhagwad Gita all alone.
In general, it's a book to prize, a book
with an alternate idea. An absolute necessity read book.
I would rate it at 4.5 out of 5.

WISH I COULD TELL YOU..
The book has a story that stays with you long after you finish understanding it. Peruse on to find out about my considerations on the book and why I figure you should check it out. I love the secret and interest that the book makes around its characters. I likewise love the way out of nowhere the plot takes a unique wind directly in the center of the book. A decent piece of the book makes this specific thought of the story and fools the peruser into carelessness (the-I-have-effectively sorted this-out-sort of-certainty). Furthermore, BOOM! Solidly in the center of the book, everything changes, and the peruser is left staggered and stunned at its brightness.
STORY LINE :
The story starts with a boy, Ananth Khatri was contending with his folks on ordinary subjects like wearing an overcoat. He would join the WeDonate, a cause assortment organization that gathers stores to uplift needy humans who have no cash to treat themselves from the lethal infections by empowering the mass to make gifts according to their ability. It begins with him depicting his folks' additional circumspection, which at times causes him to feel extremely humiliated. Later in the wake of joining the organization, he became more acquainted with that he was being moved from clinical to diversion office where his primary errand is helping make short motion pictures and narratives that could speak to an enormous number of individuals.
Simultaneously, Anusha Sardana, who hesitantly
joined the clinical division at WeDonate, began hating her work. Being a sharp essayist,
she needed to utilize her exceptionally phenomenal composing abilities and make
a genuine accentuation. After being left by his dad, the individual she
appreciated the most, she was loaded up with a profound feeling of disdain and
loathing towards each other, regardless of the circumstance. Be that as it may,
in opposition to her assumptions, she was stuck between a task where she
routinely worked through the distress accounts of the most heartbreaking
individuals. One day she was acquainted with the narrative of a kid named
Gautam, who, once being the most abhorred individual on Twitter, was presently
lying on the bed facing his conflict against a cerebrum tumor. Anusha was
approached to introduce his story to persuade more individuals to keep their
vindictiveness to the side and give for his close to outlandish recuperation.
Albeit hesitantly, Anusha began thinking about Gautam's life all the more
intently and obviously. Much to her dismay that her pursuit would lead her to a
unique way where she had never envisioned herself to be.
At the same time, this book proceeds with the
account of Anusha and Ananth, who later found the rugged association between
them. How Anusha's story got connected with Ananth was shocking for me. It goes
in two distinct periods simultaneously, which was uncovered later. Dissimilar
to Durjoy Data's other book, this one conveys an unforeseen plot by and large.
It might appear to be a familiar story from the get-go, yet it begins unfurling
the surprising turns when you continue further. I thought it was exceptionally
confounding someplace in the middle, and it seems like at least two plots are
combining, which makes it difficult to appreciate. In any case, that
confounding part just excited my interest to know the end. The creator has
placed bountiful astounding segments in the general story.
Regardless the end was not entirely fulfilling. It
seems like the story was left deficient without giving the final shape. In the
wake of perusing some different books by the writer, I tracked down this one
much better. In any case, had it been composed with a more accurate completion,
I would surely have delighted in it more. If any of you is searching for a
simple and energizing read, you could attempt this book.
PLOT: 4.5/5
CHARACTER: 4.5/5
WRITING STYLE: 4.5/5
CLIMAX: 4/5
ENTERTAINMENT: 4/5
LANGUAGE: Simple & fluid. Hence, any beginner level reader can pick this.
PICK IT UP IF:
- You are searching for an unusual and inconspicuous sentiment.
- You are a Durjoy Datta fan.
- You are searching for a straightforward yet fantastic story.
- You appreciate sentiments that accompany their secrets and turns.
- You need your confidence in adoration to be reestablished.
SKIP IT IF:
- Just on the off chance that you hate sentiment peruses.

VITAMIN H (VOLUME III)
“Our words may be forgotten but the message of our lives will be remembered.”
The third volume of the book Vitamin H is
likewise really incredible and supportive. I love how this book causes us to
feel very persuaded and glad when we read this. I'm enamored with the idea. One
can begin perusing these positive attestations consistently and get a great
deal of energy for the entire day.
Boldness, joy, penance, harmony, love, and numerous different excellencies
structure a piece of this book. Also, that is the thing that makes me go gaga
for the composition, statements whatnot. The snippet peruses this book is a
summary of pieces of astuteness and the writer's memory of revelations that
will enable you, spur you, and stir the goliath inside you. Isn't it
fascinating?
The creator has thought profound and is very
far located. I intend to begin perusing every one of the three books. Yes, I
have every one of them from Day 1 to Day 365, again, and be unblemished with
all the potential energy for future occasions.
Also, I would
like to take a few moments to greet with thanks to the author of this book to
mention Bhagavad Geeta Shri Krishna's words on Day 276. In some more quotes
author has said some remarkable facts and acts done by Shri Rama, Lord Jesus,
and many more, which are very important to recall timely to be on the right
path at the right time.
The expert planning of the book is worth focusing on as well. Lab Academia should be commended here for a smooth show of the book; besides, the cover configuration is inconspicuous and alluring and fits the topic, making the book even more attractive to the perusers.
Congratulations to the Author and Publisher for such a masterpiece. I wish all the good luck to the author for his future projects.
